Documentation
It is
standard industry practice for a manufacturer to provide a series of
written manuals. The manuals will be specifically written for your
system and application. The manuals will be provided in hard copy
and electronic copy, (disk) including CAD drawings, where
applicable. The manual shall include the following sections:

Installation Manuals, b)User's Guide, c)Maintenance and
Troubleshooting Guide, d)Equipment Service Handbook, e)Software
Administration Guide, f)Instrumentation Guide, g)Video Training An

Teleservice ™
Quetzal's sterilizer CSS/OSS (Customer Support System -
Operational Support System) allows for the simultaneous control of
the complete sterilization system via a digital data network. This
network, or a single PLC, may be connected through a switchboard or
a dedicated telephone line with Quetzal Teleservice department for
the purpose of maintenance, troubleshooting, software updates, and
routine checks of the sterilizer.
